त्वमादिर्जगतां राम त्वमेव स्थितिकारणम ।
त्वमन्ते निधनस्थानं स्वेछाचारस्त्वमेव हि ॥


tvamaadirjagataam raam tvameva sthitikaaranam
tvamante nidhansthaanam svechchaacaarastvameva hi

Commentary:

O Raama it is You in Whom the world has a beginning and then it is You only in Whom it rests. In the end, it is You in Whom it dissolves, verily, You have absolute freedom as to how You act.

नमस्ते राम राजेन्द्र नमः सीतामनोरम ।
नमस्ते चण्डकोदण्ड नमस्ते भक्तवत्सल ॥

manoram: the one in whom the mind delights / revels

Commentary:

O Raama, the Supreme Lord, Salutations to You. Salutations to the One thinking about Whom, Seeta (wife of Lord Raama), feels delighted in Her heart. Salutations to You, the One Who holds the fierce bow. Salutations to You, the One Who is kind and loving to His devotees.

नमस्तुभ्यं भगवते विशुद्धज्ञानमूर्तये ।
आत्मारामाय रामाय सीतारामाय वेधसे ॥

gyaan - Knowledge
moortaye - Embodiment
(rama - Pleasing, Delighting)
aatmaaRaamaaya - The One Who Revels in His Own Supreme Self or The One Revelling in whom during the state of samadhi the Yogis get to the Supreme Bliss and Peace
sitaaRaamaaya - Raama manifesting with Sitaa
vedhas - The One Who Creates all. Also the one who is pious, virtuous, wise.

Commentary:

O Lord, the very embodiment of correct, real, and pure knowledge, salutations to you.

You are known as Raama because you revel in your own Supreme Self. You are the Supreme Ever Blissful Reality, in which, All That Exists, revels with joy and peace, so You are known as Raama.

O Pious One, You are also known as Sitaa-Raama beacause You are the Supreme Brahman, Raama, manifesting with your Creative Energy, Sitaa.

Bodh - Awareness, Knowledge

The meditative awareness is complete and does not need logic and proof to assert itself. One just knows it. The picture is clear and the connections are concrete. Nothing is derived. Everything is 'seen.' That's the power of meditation.
